    The lady here was very nice. My mom was getting her x mas present which was a galaxy s7. She needed a new SIM card. Instead of charging her for a new one. She cut it out with this tool n put it In her new phone. (The older SIM cards r bigger) Didn't waste our time asking our name n looking up account information that wasn't needed. (I bought the phone from another place not t mobile) all we needed was the SIM card in her new phone m that's what we got. Which was awesome so we didn't have to take all her contact info n put it in the new phone manually. Went to the t mobile store in sumner by myself and they couldn't do it cuz i wasn't my mom. I needed to b added as a primary holder on the account. This lady didn't even ask my mom's name like I said earlier. We weren't buying anything just needed help. She helped so thanks!

    **UPDATE** Huge FAIL by this store, you can see my old review, so I'm not biased. Today, however, they completely dropped the ball and treated me with terrible customer service. After processing a warranty exchange a month ago, they sent a message to the broken phone to notify that the replacement phone was in. I didn't get the message because I was not using the broken phone. So I called approximately a week ago to check on the status of the replacement phone only to be told it had been sent back because I did not pick it up in time. I explained how messaging the broken phone didn't make sense, but they assured me I could come back into the store and reprocess the warranty exchange. Went in today to process the warranty exchange again, only to be told that they could not do it, and supposedly should not have done it before. Then the representative basically smirked and smiled while he told me there was nothing he could do, even though they had already processed it once in the past, and told me a week ago to come in to process the exchange again. So, either I was given false information a month ago and they processed the exchange when they shouldn't have; or I was lied to today. Either way smirking and rudely, lightly chuckling at a customer is completely unacceptable, especially when they are the ones providing false information, and inconveniencing the customer. Beware, this store is NOT the store it once was.*** TMo store is the best place to go for anything TMo! They are very knowledgeable and will find the info if they don't know it. They will make sure you get signed up for promos and have all the paperwork you need before leaving. Can't say enough about how helpful they are.

    i have never been so unsatisfied in my life Ive been getting the run around from this store since last April i ported my numbers from Verizon because it was going to be a better deal & they where supposed to pay my phones off & never did now i"m in collections & my bill was forty dollars more a month then it was supposed to be i have spent numerous hours at there store & Ive never been threw such unprofessional treatment t mobile needs to focus on this store i guarantee that there loosing lots of customers i will make it known to anyone & everyone on how i was treated & lied to & scammed BBB is next i only gave them one star because it wouldn't post if i didn't
